Does a full day on the bike at work count?

Should be about 200 miles by the end of the day/arrival at Soho!

Once again this meeting shall be lacking my attendance, however I would point out it takes,
a written off motorbike
busted bones bolted & pinned together.
wasted leg muscle (and absent ones).
Nerve damage.
Blood vessel damage.
tendon & ligament damage.
Being doped up on brain chemistry altering drugs.
an in ability to take one proper step.

to stop me.
Apart from that I have no excuse, but as Arnie would say "I'll be back".

Cheers Mark.

80 miles? Pah! From leaving home to arriving at Soho on 02/02, I must of been pushing 400miles!

Stick that in yer end can! :P

I won't be there for a while though, unless someone wants to talk VERY nicely to my boss about time off on a friday, and they also want to pay the fuel

I might stroll the half-mile from my office to soho.
Or, I might go home first and cadge a lift for 4 miles.

Either way, I should easily win the prize for the smallest carbon footprint
