Have any of you got one fitted. Are they worth it and how much they cost?
Do you have to change anything else when you fit it. Just asking for future refrence thanks ![]() |

SVracer's got a 700cc big bore (I think). General consensus is if you go too big the engine will become unreliable as the bottom end can't take it.

For the brave, if you ask me. Or the rich (Falicon stroker crank and Wiseco 700cc kit = bulletproof 750cc, torque that could tow a fat lass, and a snip at £2000 plus labour

In all seriousness its alot of money to spend on a bike. Weight up why you want more grunt, if its worth keeping yours or upgrading to something a bit bigger. |

Don't think he's bought the 650 yet
![]() You can go straight to a 750cc overbore without the expensive stuff... But, well, I wouldn't. Except possibly for a bet.

If i remember correctly he is a young lad coming from an RS125, so i dont think its going to happen too soon anyway. Unless im confusing him with someone else(which i might be!), he was asking about restricting the SV650 not so long ago.
So i guess at this stage its just curiousity. Personally given the cost i would probably just get a sportier bike if i wanted more power as others have suggested ![]() |

The stake will have to be enough to buy me a new engine when it breaks something
![]() I might... actually... be getting there with the B12 wheel. Just got a 749 Dark rear wheel to try out as well- well, it was £40 ![]()

All is just curiousity and mapping out my options like somebody said. Thanks ![]() |
