Default General brake help!

Hi guys,

I recently got some new calipers to put on my bike as the old ones were totally shot after years of not being taken care of. Anyway, the new ones didn't have banjo bolts or washers on, my question is, where can I get washers from!?

They will need to be the right size, just wondering if anyone knew, theres no hardware stores near me or bike shops or plumbing shops, is there anywhere on the internet that I can get them? Does anyone know the technical term for them e.g. size wise so a google search could be more refined and fruitful? Anyone have a set knocking around for an undisclosed reason?

Cheers.

Brake crushy washery things, is the official name. Any bike dealers should be able to get them, the same ones pop up on almost any modern bike. I got my last lot from HEL but I've only one left

Don't get em from a breaker! The copper crush washers should be new, in order to crush and form a seal.

Any dealer or bike garage will carry these, they are a consumable item that will often be needed when servicing brakes.

Even Halfords sell them in a variety of sizes in the brake pads section. Or used to, last time I went in Halfords was last year sometime.
