Sv 650 sport. sun says its girls bike?
Bought a 650 sport last week and collect on thursday!! Read in the sun about it being a bit of a girls bike!! Hope this is not the case? Getting stick at the work about it!! Are they just winding me up??

How gives a toss what the Sun says?
The SV is a great bike, you'll love it. Are your workmates all car drivers? They won't think it's girly when you fly past them! (P.S. I bought mine from a girl!!!)

The Sun & MCN say opposite things huh (haven't read either article). Now, what's the odds on that?
Is the SV a girly bike? I suppose it is, looks good, sounds great when you give it... erm... u-rating, can't say that. Is it girly when you delicately and precisely leave bigger & faster bikes way behind in the twisties? Yup, suppose so. If the SV is a woman, I have no problem with being on top, you should ask your work mates why they want to ride a bloke!

Either the SV forum is a strange entity where men chat more than women,
 OR in fact, the majority here are men.I'm a bloke. I love the bike. nuff said! Besides SV has many claims to fame, everyone i know calls it the 'wheelie machine' because its easy to wheelie apptly. |
