Hi guys,

After 1.5 years one of my house mates has decided to take the plung, sort of, and move in with her boyfriend.

So we're on the look out for a female house mate. It's in Clapham Common, 5 mins from the tube:

It's a large, south-facing, double room overlooking our garden for £475 p/m.

The house has a rear garden & terrace, (which is good for those summer bbqs), washing machine & electric shower. Large kitchen, large lounge.
There's 3 of us at the mo' (2 guys, one girl) & we're all sociable. We're after another girl to keep the balance.

Bills are a little over £100 but that also includes the cleaner that pays a visit once a week.

Available: From w/e before 1st May.

We're 3 profs. I'm the oldest at, gulp, 33. So ideally, you'll be early twenties to early 30s.

We're in the process of getting a kitten.
