Default What Chain?

Ok so I'm gonna get a supersprox rear sprocket for my k5n.

Can anyone recommend a good chain and front sprocket to go with it?

I've looked at EK chains and AFAM chains in Deemon tweeks catalogue.

Should I go for O ring or X ring?

I dunno it's not my field

A serch would answer your question, however, a Std Suzuki front sprocket and any chain really. Pick a colour. No real difference between x or o ring in real world road applications. EK are cool. I have had 3 AFAM chains all lasting varying ammounts. Lube and adjustment is what keeps them alive

DID chains are good, was reccommended by my local garage back when I had a 125 and I've always used them since. Lasted much longer than whatever the previous owner had anyways.

I was cleaning my chain the other day and noticed that it had DID stamped into some of (or may be even alternate) the links. Does this mean that it has been changed at some stage, or does the original Suzuki one have this on? I bought the bike at approx 4000 miles so assumed it was on the original chain and sprockets....

Well same with me, my SV had a DID when I bought it, and the previous owner had always been to a Suzuki garage, so I guess it's standard.

The sprockets which logically would be standard as well, were crap though.
