Does my bum look big in this?!?!? – onboard footage, Brands Indy 160407

Ok, tried out my new bullet cam, got some footage from the front of the bike too, but also taped the cam to the back of my bike for this one session, and I think the footage is really cool from that angle … unfortunately less cool is that my @ss is the most predominant thing in the footage so you have to look carefully to the sides if you want to get an idea of what is going on around me not just what I am up to!

I have uploaded the file to a file hosting site where you can download it from (fill in numbers box at the bottom and click the relevant boxes) in high quality ~44mb its ~6 mins of footage

Thats one thing on my long to do list is to arrange to carry a camera in a race this year. Can you hire them as dont want to spend lots just for one day???

Yeah, the download was running like a dog, so I left it overnight.
Had a quick look this morning. Very good. Those sports bikes are rubbish! What you want is nice SV, do 'em on the brakes or ride round the outside!

Nice to see higher quality footage as well, rather than the usual youtube quality.

Nice one. Those leathers have seen a bit of action. I think you could have gone faster if you fitted those chavvy blue LEDs to the front forks though.

Well worth the download, scuffed leathers suggest them thar skillz were learnt the hard way Sound is good too, IMO always better to have engine sound rather than some cheesy thrash metal track overlayed - get to hear all them lurvely clutchless upchanges

LMAO! I love the way your riding round the OUTSIDE of people at druids! My mantra that a well ridden SV is faster than a poorly ridden but theoreticlly better bike stands well!

I'm thinking of doing a brands trackday sometime in the future; perhaps you can provide me with some help on track-craft when (if) I ever get round to it?
