Default How many?

How many of people on here are actually employed in the trade or profession they trained for? I had to give mine up due to industrial dermatitis,a diesel fitter allergic to oil products has its problems. It just seems that todays youngsters spend a lot of time and effort getting degrees in subjects that they have no intention of continuing with or that will be of no benefit in their working life. Other people seem to have gained degrees but unable to find jobs in their chosen profession
