To Bluepete for a cracking afternoon out.
We started from Rivvy, over Belmont, through Hoghton, and first photo at Roach Bridge. Then down A59, Ribchester, Hurst Green, Slaidburn for coffee & carrot cake. (Thanks mate there goes the diet again) Then more photos at the place my mate fell off 2 weeks ago. Then Pete showed me a special place for his family over stocks reservoir way and then drop down to the A65 near Ingleton. So a blast over the bridge for ice cream. Then back home through Caton, Quernmoor and over to Oakenclough. Fuel in Longridge, skirt Ribchester and the a blast down the A59 though to the M6 at Salmesbury. about 140 miles. A cracking afternoon. and enjoy the nightshift.

The last photo was at Oakenclough with Morecambe bay on the horizon and you can just make out the tower of Forton service above Petes bike.

You were invited. Pete had his first photo stop for the water over the weir at Roach Bridge mill so we must have passed fairly close to you.
