Angry Motorbike Dominoes

Great way to start a bank holiday weekend...
Just got woken up by my other half, who had found our motorbikes tipped over in the street
Mine was in the middle and has a dent in the tank and a bent brake pedal and his Super Four has a smashed tail unit, screen and RH mirror. The Hornet on the other side has a punctured tank where it fell onto my bar end.
I am almost incandescent with rage and am wishing a whole lot of bad karma on the idiots that did it.
Anyway, does anyone know how easy dents are to repair? (it is a smooth round dent with no flaking) or how much I am looking at to buy a new tank for a blue curvy?
Hope everyone else enjoys their weekend!

Have a look on Ebay there are a few pop up on there or fit a tank bra that will cover the dent and they are cheaper than a second hand tank!

Blimey I think I would be a lot more angry than that! That is seriously bad news. Hope you get it fixd soon.

Can't help in the tank dent, but there are often 2nd hand tanks on ebay.

Hope you get them back on the road soon - did you report to the Police?

Thanks for all the kind thoughts! Here are a few pics of what happened...

Had a look at the ones on ebay, mine doesn't seem as bad, so will try and see if it is repairable, fingers crossed!
We did report to the police, so we have a crime number etc. I have to say it looks more like they were reversed into, as the other 4 bikes on the road were fine.

I think it is repairable; when i was younger, someone dropped a scaffolding pole onto the tank of my dads CB750. He was pee'd off, but did get the dent out and restored to a complete finish. A decent garage might be able to get it out for you if you ask kindly enough?

Matt

[EDIT] was there any strong winds?

The tail on the bike should be repairable, just take it to a reputable garage or boat builder (can work wonders with fiberglass!). The dent doesn't look too bad. If it's just dented in it's a reasonably simple fill, shape and spray (I say that like I can do it!!!!), if some of the metals has been pushed out then it'll need tapping in then the above. Again, a reputable garage should be cool for this.
