A silver blue pointy on Great Western Road near Byres Road today (Friday) about 9 o clock. It had a funny sticker on the screen like a parking permit or something

Who is this silver blue pointy weegee? Often spotted on the M8 too, is there no stopping him? Will he never be Org-ed? How come I never see him?

I traded it in to Ducati Glasgow but dont know who they used to sell it..... it may have been Avuss
