Aberystwyth 30 June - SV650.org

Leaving Shrewsbury (Dinky's) at 10am
A458 to Welshpool
A483 to Newtown
A489 to Caersws
A470 to Rhayader
Stop off at Elan Valley Visitor Centre for a coffee/pit stop about 11.30 I guess
Mountain roads across the Cambrian Mountains to Devil's Bridge - if there's low mist will do the main road
A4120 into Aber - lunch
A487 through Mach to top end of Tal-y-llyn, might go a bit further up towards Dolgellau and turn round in the pub car park cos this is a fantastic road with a terrific view of the lake
B4405 to Tywyn/Aberdyfi
A458 or A470 back to Shrewsbury

It's about 200 miles.

Ahhh I am sailing from Aberystwyth marina on 18th June, due back at the end of June/start July so I may be in the marina, may not be, weather depending.

I will look out for a bunch of SV650s riding around if I am back inland.

Ed I too would like to meet up with you guys. Join you for the section between Elan and Aberystwyth, then go south and home. I've put up the proposal in the SWS just in case there are others interested.

I'm in guys. Well I'll be doing my best to join you guys at
Elan Valley Visitor Centre, Elan Valley, RHAYADER, Powys LD6 5HP at around 11:00 - 11:30. I'll call Ed if I think I won't make it so you don't have to wait ok. Hope I do get to meet you though.

My brother Simon will be tagging along, so look out for a couple of well loaded pointy SV650's OK

I will be staying at llangorse that weekend, so will be very very close to you! will plan on leaving from there and going up to Rhayader way... so if you want to meet up around there, could meet at Builth possibly ?
