Just replaced my original (michelin edit dunlop, oops) thingies with continental road attacks after 8,600 miles. Is this a record? (k5) Please don't poke fun at my riding style
![]() I've made this into a poll. Last edited by oldjack; 21-06-07 at 07:13 PM. Reason: dunlops not michelins (thanks stu & WRC) |

Should have had Dunlop D220s on if they were original tyres, not Michelins.

Originals were dunlops, and i managed 7500miles out of mine. Thats darn good for the D220!!!!

I got 10,500 miles out of mine in the first 8 months! Tho I did take a few long trips in there. Two of them were 2k miles plus, and alot of highway miles. Probably pushed them a bit far. When i took them off the rubber was starting to blister off of the carcass in the middle!

I've got a curvey so mine came with Metlzer Z4s. They lasted 11,001 miles. There was still plenty of tread on them - they just scared me in the wet.
