Funnily enough... i sort of did that move from the pillion position.
No quite that dramatically, but, similar-ish.
Car just pulls out of a pub, and I hear my mate say sh!tsh!tSH!T and drop anchor, as I turn the bike goes up, and I came off the back, I think i went ar5e over head in the air, either way I saw ground looming up, I was still going forward at a bit of pace, and I landed on my feet, and managed to run flat out to a halt.

I was more amazed than anyone. I shouted at my mate, and got a grumbly ok back, and then managed to keep running so that the woman in the car who was trying to leggit, couldn't.
Quite the hero that day I was.
Turned out she had good reason to be trying to get out of there...


Edit: just watched it again there. That;s some epic flight by foot. Credit where it's due and all...

That was cool!

Wish they'd use that tecnique on a few of the mini moto riders round here, that would stop them razzing up an down the road annoying everyone.

Is it just me or is the car the bike hit on the wrong side of the road. Thought that police tried to avoid that sort of thing?

Yep, it's only in this namby pamby, nanny knows best country that the crims have more rights than the victims. It would never happen here, never mind what the offenders had done, as it would infringe their human rights to stop them and cause them injury.

I think (slightly guessing) the underpass is one way, away from camera, (car in left lane is probably not a police car in the wrong lane over a blind dip is it?, it's overtaking another vehicle and doesn't have blue lights on). Probably the bike fled down the wrong way, cop car chased, biker hits white car (taxi?) over blind crest coming out the tunnel.

I'm with Sinbad. The car that hits the bike is a taxi. It is a one-way under pass and the bike has gone the wrong way, chased by one cop car whilst another goes round the top to try to cover an escape route.

That's not harsh police action...it's stupid riding. Can't believe they both got up!
