oh what a loverly day.
ive just spent all morning roding out my sewer drains
 i now smell of poo so am running a hot bath dam drains!

Ive been out on the bike... after thinking of turning into a fair weather rider.. it aint going to happen!

Washed the bike, polished it & it's now peeing down & has been most of the day
Training tomorrow, so hope it gets better

I had a 15 min ride to halfords with ym old man, and a 15 minute ride back home
