any html techno peeps out there?pls

I'm sure the solution is quite simple, but i don't know enough to resolve it

I wanted to insert the link to splut;
<a href="http://www.splut.com/link/4448"><imgsrc="http://www.splut.com/images/splutv1c.gif" border="0"></a> </p>


into the links page of my website; http://www.1stlondondrivingacademy.com/links.html

but it keeps coming up blank on screen .

Would anyone know why? the peeps on splut said ask your webmaster...hmmm at the mo that is me

it's IMG SRC (with a space) isn't it?

Might also be worth replacing double quotes surrounding URLs with single quotes, sometimes other stuff running parses double quotes and things get freaky (sometimes it's the other way round)

I've just thrown this tag into a blank page and it worked fine:

Tried it here, can't see why it won't work.

you lost me after the IMG SRC . did i say i know little or even less

What you want is

 <a href=http://www.splut.com/link/4448><img src=http://www.splut.com/images/splutv1c.gif border=0></a>

Which gives you



As there are no spaces involved, the " quotes are not needed and as Matt said, you missed a space :P

just tried a space after the image and bingo it's working, ta very much
