lots of strawberries and a banana with milk or cream depending on how healthy you want ice cream also works well

raspberries works well too without the banana tho

If you ever feel a bit ill/a bit tired and want a wake up call, put fresh root ginger into any smoothie you fancy. Goes well with orange I find and packs a real punch.

Oh, and if you want a bodybuilder/protein shake type smoothie then I put a load of cottage cheese in with a nice luxury flavoured youghurt, some fruit, and ice to thin it out. Can't stand the texture of the cheese normally but it's great, nowt but protein. Perfect for workouts.
