Online Helmet Sellers - Rate 'em

Purely a request for people to post where they have bought helmets online and what they thought of the service. Perhaps an overall score out of ten for simplicity's sake.
I guess if enough post it could become a useful thread to the forum. But selfishly I want to know for myself more than that

Wouldn't buy a helmet on line. You need to know it fits properly, and you can only do that in a shop, and it seems a little amoral to me to try it in the shop then order online.

Bought twice from them,once in person at the NEC and once on line.
No problems.

I bought my chaser online from the visor shop went well and would recommend them .
I tried one on in a local showroom then ordered online for a free helmet bag and tinted visor . My morals are easily bought, I gave them the chance to match it they refused I went elsewhere .

I agree with you they are very good. I met Martin at the bmf up north. I decided not to buy one when i was there but to go to the shop as is only 45 minets drive away. I brought an Arai Viper GT very please with it. Whats more its saved my life. I came off my bike last thursday and wrote the bike off it was diesel on the road. I fractured my collar bone in 2 placed and spraned my achle and some good old fashon road rash for good mesure.

I told them on the phone what happened as i was informed about this service buy a rep. I was informed to bring my helmit with me to shop. They have sent it back to Arai in the Netherland. (i was informed buy Arai that not all helmits are a write off after a crash however i think mine will be) Arai are writing a full thechnical report and sending it back to me.

You are entitle to have one of these done on your helmit thought its life. They deem that to be five years.

Time to coff up insurance policy get out of that one . Oh and buy the way that service was FREE.
