i watched the film and enjoyed it.
The autobots at the house trying to hide is very funny.
However the biggest letdown was the sector seven guy, he was annoying and totally unbelievable ( yes i know so are the transformers! ). So much so that a couple of kids near me were complaining about him in the cinema!
It's a shame they didn't have more on the transformers and less on the human side of the story.
Over all it's a film where you need to leave your brain at home and just simply enjoy the Autobots!

NO! That was the worst scene. It was at that point that I realised that the film was bad. And too long. Did I mention that I was able to fall alseep twice watching that film!

Shrek 3 & Die Hard 4 better be halfway decent.

Well I thought it was FANTASTIC...naff in parts, cheesy in parts but who cares...it's light entertainment and it worked for me. It gets right up my bum when people get all intellectual about films that aren't meant to be taken seriously altho I know that not everybody shares the same interests. I felt sorry for bumble bee when he lost his legs

Must've been asleep during the Bumblebee leg incident.

Um, I wasn't being all intellectual about films. I've just seen a plot similar to this every year: Nerdy boy fancies cool chick that's hanging out with the cool boys but in the end he wins her over & saves the world.

It's a bit like every horror movie nowadays involves college kids during the summer/spring break driving cross country & taking "that left turn to save time" then getting eaten by some implausible horror that lives in a sewer.

Now if I was being all intellectual I probably would have mentioned that scene in Moliere when he pretended to be Monsieur Tartouf! ;o)
