My Little Ride out. 24/08/07

Well today I left the house at 06:50am to go do WRC63 to follow him and MrsWrc63 to work for a little Hoon, had a cuppa there then Dan & I parted company as He had a interview for a new job.( Good Luck Bud..)
So I was going to go up and explore Otterburn... but didn't, So I set off back toward the Angle of the North and Durham, next a quick tank fill and off towards Crook and Alston, Then Hartside, Up and over Twice... NICE.
then Home.
Got Home... no one in, Arr well will have to go for a bike ride then...
Dan (aka WRC63) called just as I was going to leave, "Fancy a bike ride?"
So off again Round Dans then followed his Fabulas sounding Stubbied Art Race Can... for another few miles and relooping parts of the same journey I just made.
A1 traffic jams which ment Filtering then back so Dan could pack his stuff to go camping up in Scotland.
Got back home once again some 275 miles later and thought time to wash the bike. Clean and tidy now and locked up safe and sound in the garage.

So my day started well, kids didn't get us up too early and there was fresh milk in the fridge for the morning coffee. Breakfast went well, most food went in mouths instead of on the floor and Night at the Museum is the electronic nanny for now.
Right I thought, lets see whats going on in .org land.
Now, I'm grumpy and annoyed 'cos such superb roads are out there with friends to ride on them with and I can't ride at the moment 'cos the bike is SORN'd.
I had promised myself I wouldn't re-licence it until I had lost a "few" pounds, but I'm missing it too much . Now I'm tring to think of excuses to re-licence it that Mrs Bluepete will buy!

Now, when shall I start the "discussions" with Mrs Bluepete?
