Default What colour is the standard spring?

On a k1 rear shock? I think my sv's been lowered and it's got a purple spring so I'm assuming it's not the original??

The only standard ones I've seen are:

Curvies: Yellow.

Pointies: White.

Purple is for certain not standard, I would think it most likely that it's a Hyperpro spring.

Standard spring on a Curvey is yellow.

So yep yours has either been re-spung or somebodies fitted an aftermarket rear shock I would think.

Edit : Mr Squid and his lightening fingers of knowledge beat me to it

Not sure if any other manufacturer use that colour but Hyperpro springs tend to be a lovely purple, there's a slim chance it may be one of theirs......

Blue tends to be HyperCoils/Maxton
Red tends to be Hagon
Yellow apart from OEM would be Olhins
Turquoise would be Nitron i think

There is i think Falcon or something like that that do various colors on springs.

My Hyperpro spring which is sitting on a spare shock, waiting to go onto the bike is purple.

So would guess a Hyperpro Progressive

It's the exact same purple as the hyperpro website shows...and my other half just had a look and the spring's got hyperpro written on it...doh!! Doe's anybody have the length of standard dogbone's handy? They should be longer if the bike's lowered shouldn't they? The yokes don't seem to have been dropped down the forks as far as I can see...is it a necessity if the rear's been dropped?
