Is it running on both cylinders? (check the downpipes for heat carefully)

ok just mine behaved similarly when I put it back together and left one coil disconnected.

Maybe a clogged air filter, bit of junk in the carbs, dead rat in the exhaust...

Does it smell rich/smoke at all?

Will it rev at all, even if you open throttle very slowly?

I would just rip it in bits and see whats going on as this is new one to me, although could be wet fuel, try drain some out maybe... but I'm guessing now

Choke cable stuck open? Just a thought thats all...? The lever might come back, but might be worth checking if it retracts on the carbs too...
