Wheel for Tranny like rockinghorse poop.Help!!!
I've been trying to find a reasonably priced rear wheel (or front and rear) for my banger Tranny that I'd like to get on the road. All the ones on ebay go for silly money and the breakers can't help me. I've been considering trying to build one even if it takes a long time. Has anyone got any experience with wheel building or can anyone tell me how to find out what other wheels will fit? It is 17" and doesn't need to be spoked. I may even go with a smaller front wheel rather than the current 21".
Can someone please help me! I really can't throw money at this bike as it cost me £400. The wheels are the only thing I'm stumped with. Otherwise it's good.

Have you tried the xrv ...or is it xlv...forums? Seem quite active.
