Default Hunt for new bike over for now

Well folks, for those of you that were active in the summer you'll remember my CB1300, Firestorm, Speed Triple dilema. Well I've just picked up my currently sub-perfect but nice and cheap SV1000. Blimey, it's got some shove. Got an induction kit on it so bangs away under the tank like you wouldn't blieve. Not entirely sure what gears 3 to 6 would be used for as you just want to keep it over 7k so it growls angrily at you all the time.

Seems the front is full of helium as it refuses to stay on the ground. May need to do something about that.

When I first saw it it had a full 2 into 1 race system on it and was stupidly loud. That's now in the garage and the standard system back on while I sort out a more sensible solution.

Unfortunately will not be able to get out on it much over the next few weeks and not sure if I'll end up keeping it but at least I'll get to see what a litre twin is like to live with and give me a clue which way to go next if I end up not getting on with it.

Should be a nice little blue 650 up for grabs soon if anyone knows of anyone who wants one.

And why waste the money!? If it sounds loud, people will hear you before they see you. Sounds all very 'safe' to me. No need for another solution. Don't thank me, it's a free advice service!
