Yup, just don't drop anything into the airbox.

Yep,just the 4 cross head screws. but make sure you use a good fitting driver as they can be tight. Also the seal will make it hard to lift out. Don't panic if you see lots of oil in the box. Pretty usual IME. Just swab it out.
