Langham wins early jail release

Actor Chris Langham has been freed from jail after his 10-month prison sentence for downloading child pornography was reduced by the Court of Appeal.

What a disgrace. Sentenced to 10mths and out in 2mths!

Who sits on the Appeal benches? Is there some sort of Paedophile Club that has tv celebs, pop stars, policemen, judges in it?

he was due out in 6 weeks anyway, so its not quite the massive reduction the press make it out to be. Probably need the jail space for another council tax dodger or tv license non payer.

Do I assume that his research for a tv programme and wishing to find answers for his own abuse as a child was not entirely believed by the good ORG peeps?

I suppose Townsend was writing the book and Langham was writing the screenplay!
