Nearly hit a moped today

So I am in the cage. I am turning right, look in mirror and see a car followed by a moped behind me. So I indicate right, slow down and check in mirror again and the car is still behind me. But no moped.

As I start my turn, there is something niggling me and I stop my turn. The bloody moped then whips past totally oblivious to the rh indicator, position of car in road etc. Part of me wanted to follow this prat and have a strong word or two.

Overtaking a car that is turning right. How bloody stupid was this idiot.

Of course the bikers never make a mistake brigade would have had me lynched if he had hit me.

Its happened to me several times on the way to work in the mornings... i just expect it now... and its not just moped riders that do it either.

Bikers do it as well, but in my experience peds/scooters are the worst offenders.

In my humble opinion it is the crappy cbt training that they let these people loose on the roads with, but thats another can of worms!

Saw a moped with L plates on the M25 tonight

I rode for a fair while with a crappy CBT and didn't go overtaking cars while they were turning
