Lo folks.
Quick Q - I have a 500gb FAT32 drive with lots of data on it. I want to convert it to NTFS. Can i use something like partition magic (which will convert drives) to do this WITHOUT losing the data on it? I know the easiest way is move data, format etc - but i'm struggling for the space to move it to at the mo. Ta. |

Yarp, even windows has a fat32-ntfs converter that won't scrap the data built in. It'll need a proportion of free space, guesstimate about 10%.
