Smidsy

Had a classic SMIDSY yesterday on the way to work. Just turning into a petol station when a taxi driver shot across the junction and into my path. Totally understandable. It was 8.40am, visibility about 400 miles, sun behind him illuminating my 16 stone on my bright red Griso. He wound down his window somewtaht sheepishly and gave me the SMIDSY line. I suggested that his lack of sight was the reuslt of a misspent youth of self abuse. He shot off. What he meant was: 'Sorry mate I couldn't be @rsed to look' or 'Because of my history of self abuse I should be registered blind but then they might stop me driving my taxi.'

Fortunately I was going quite slowly and had realsied that he wasn't looking so the miss was quite comfortable and there was no need to change underwear but sufficent adrenalin rush to keep me motivated...

should have kicked the s*it out of his car door, then said sory mate didnt see you, just trying to shake out some cramp in my leg.
