Default "Get rid of that red seat forthwith!"

Is what I hear from half of you buggers, and my brother, my brother's friend and some of my friends!

Anyway I've also decided I want a black one too, possibly leading to the sale of my red one, or keeping it so I can change the look of the bike like that awful smart car thing where you can swap the panels over.

ANYWAY, I eBay'd like a mother and found this:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SUZUKI-SV650-STANDARD-SEAT-2003-ONWARDS_W0QQitemZ280241833986QQcmdZViewItem?hash=i tem280241833986&_trkparms=72%3A636|39%3A1|65%3A12& _trksid=p3286.c0.m14

It says 2003 onwards, but I recall someone saying 2003 bike was higher, so wondered if the seat changed at all, or am I safe getting this for my spanking k8 Sport?

Advice/ridicule gratefully received.

K3 650 and 650S and K3 1000S have the same seat, K3 1000 and all K4 on bikes 650 and 1000 have the same seat.

I think I must be alone in liking the red seat on the black bike.

No, there are one or two of us that like it but we must keep a low profile for fear of being taunted.

I guess an open forum is then not the place to admit to such things.
