sv400 manual
anyone know where i can get hold of one? all i can find are 650/1000 manuals, also i don`t know what year the engine is, all i have is an engine number, iirc i took it out of a curvey and i`m sure the bike was a fair few years old. cheers for any help

650 manual will cover everything but some engine internals.it is same bike.

cheers guys, thought as much but what about the year, did they put Fi on the 400`s? and if not, what year did they put it on the 650`s?

I don't think they ever made FI 400.they are all like 1st gen650.
650 got FI in 03. |

cheers mate. i`ll grab a pre `03 manual n i can start teaching my nephew the finer things in life, i.e hot sunny day, in the garage, tinkering with an engine and a few beers. at 13 years old he`s gonna love it
