Default rear shock setting for taking pillion

Evening all

apologies for a bit of a silly question, but can anyone advise me what pre-load setting I should set the rear shock for taking a rear pillion, taking the missus on her first ride on the bike. Combined weight of about 160kgs (rider and pillion)

Thanks
