Default where would i source a busa engine from.

hi all, a mate is building a kit kit car, own design. He is looking for a busa engine, he has looked on ebay & autotrader.

any other sites he could try ?

OP - He's right ya know! They do come with busa's attached normally though. If you're after one of its own I'd try the usual places; Ebay, Scrappers, Busa forum etc.

Radical Cars in Peterborough - they buy complete brand new engine units from Suzuki and modify them for race cars. I've bought Hayabusa engine spares (complete brand new clutches etc) from motors they've stripped for modification in the past because they are dirt cheap compared to new Suzuki parts.

They might sell a complete engine

You try finding one that hasn't already found a new home via the grapevine. They are a bit popular once crashed for the same reasons the op is asking for one.

oh yeah, they're super desirable with custom builders of all sorts, have to move fast to get one. Or suck it up and buy a bike with one in.
