Angry Short temper

Hopefully im not the only one...

Ive always been short tempered but ive started to notice that since all this heat came along ive gotten a lot worse

I know when ive done it and i hate it, for example Saturday i snapped at some one i work with and instantly realised after i said it and i had no need too, they only asked me a question, ok i was a little stressed, hot, hadnt eaten and had a slight headache but still, so i came back and apologized (sp?)

Today, got home, got all my bike kit off, got changed out of my work shirt, went down satirs and basicly argued with every one.

Think i need to learn to bite my tongue

Any one else the same?

yep can be the same sometimes... the kids have a habbit of parking there push bikes in front of the door that leads off the garage, even through they have been told many times not to. when i come home on the sv i go straight in to the garage park and take my kit off, then out of the door in to the back garden. BANG! kids bikes in the way... they have been lobed across the garden a few times (the bikes not the kids lol)

Yes very. Tends to go like this.

Hot Weather.
Stressy day at work.
Couple of nights poor sleep.

and I end up with a very short fuse and it really is better to just not talk to me.

Yup, I have a short fuse for any reason at times. I think its down to being female

But most importantly I am a pregnant female, so everyone feels my wrath!

As soon as I get tired and hungry at the same time, I become the bitch queen. Add a post migraine head ache and people have to run for their lives.

What calms me down? A good cry or hitting something. I have punched doors, walls and radiators to express frustration. I have also thrown glasses, deliberately broken things and ridden my bike down a rocky track at full pelt. When all else fails, mountain biking is the answer.

Yes mate me too, red mist forms, lose my fooking mind, do stuff i wouldnt dream of doing while calm, then feel crappy about my behaviour.
I used to suffer a lot from this years ago and thought id grown out of it, but its crept back in, albeit not as bad.

Rode a few times lately while angry, not good
