Will a set of 06 pointy forks I've been offered fit my 2000 naked?

They'll fit your yokes, but the spindle and spacers are different. You can use the whole lot from the Pointy; forks, wheel, spindle and spacers, if they're available. Your calipers will go straight on.

So, I could use these forks, buy a front wheel spindle and spacers and still use my current wheel? Just trying to weigh up the extra expense for newer forks or take the easy route of a straight swap for some forks off a bike of a similar age to mine |
