Default 1st time as a trainee bike instructor

The husband of one of my wifes friends runs CBT & DSa courses, so I tagged along today to see what it entailed

I enjoyed myself, so I'm going to start the training to be an instructor. Most of the CBT is just common sense

The girl who did her CBT today was very good, especially as she'd never ridden a bike before. Rode off in the school playground without any help, great throttle control right from the start. .

So here goes

I won't be doing this full time, but it would be nice for something to fall back on in the current economic climate, as I don't know what is going to happen to my job as a result of the spending cuts (oh review, not cuts)

Some of my colleagues took early retirement, one has started her own dog walking & garden service just to tide her over until her pension kicks in, so I'm thinking it would be useful to have another skill I can use.

Good stuff
I looked into this a couple of years back, but decided no at the time, but, I may try again, as my job is no longer viable. Weekend nights with two kids errrr no!
Besides with the rise in folk doing bike courses as cars are too expensive.......
