Default minitwin engine specs

hey guys, does anyone know if in the minitwins class, can you tune your engine or do you have to keep it standard at 72bhp?

i'm thinking of switching to that class next year...

here is you bible on the class.

Motor has to be totally standard, but full exhaust systems are allowed aslong as 72bhp aint exceeded
