Sit down and lift your right foot off the ground.
Start making circles with your foot clockwise. Now, draw the number 6 in the air in front of you with your right hand. Bet your foot changed directions! Any other oddities out there? Pete ![]() |

Stand in a door way with the backs of your hands pressing outwards for about a minute. Push as hard as you can. After 60 seconds move out of the door way & completely relax your arms..
Watch them rise upwards & outwards all on their own!

Seems to depend how you draw your number 6. Most start at the top and go counter clockwise to draw the swoop and loop but if you're weird and start in the middle and work your way out you draw clockwise and the foot doesnt change motion. Try swtiching it around, it gets confusing and your knee hurts after a few mins.
