ZX7 end can fit Pointy SV?

Hi All,

I'm a new kid on your block as i purchased a SV 2 weeks ago after trolling your forum for pros and cons about this bike.

I hope you'll let me into your prestigious club here as i am a saffer and we have no great dedicated resource sites like this down south.

Anyway,to the question at hand....

I have an 07 SV650S ( 2 weeks in my possesion and loving it) and have acquired an Akrapovic slip on from a friend who had no use for it.

The question i have is that the slip on in question was for my mates ZX7 and i would like to know if it would work on the SV?

Besides the obvious mid pipe mods, would the exhaust work fine or are these exhausts expressly meant for the bike model described?

It looks almost identical to the "official" SV slip on and any advice from those in the know would be greatly appreciated.

If you can get it to fit I'm sure it wold be fine
