Looking at getting an sv650s for mainly track use and little bit of road riding. I used to own pointy sv650s so I know how they're pretty good.
I'm looking at changing the shock, forks and oil and putting race fairing on so in the event of a crash it won't cost a fortune to put it back on the road. So which would be better a curvey or pointy I'm looking at a budget of £2000 budget, may be a few hundred more in time. Thanks |

Is a fully prepped (for minitwin racing) curvy competitive vs a late model fully prepped pointy? Seems the main difference is carbs vs injectors, different cams and a lighter, stiffer frame on the pointy. Oh, and significant price difference. |
