Default Lower Fairing for 2000 model

I am looking to get a set of lowers for my (yellow) SV, does anybody know where I can get a set for a decent price. They seem to be going for arround £300, surely I can get a better price than this?

Cheers,

Mark

I have checked out M&P. they do a couple of types - Powerbronze and Skidmarx. I kinda like the look of the Powerbronze ones , but cant find any pictures of the skidmarx stuff. Does anybody have a link or pic of these?

Ta

Can't we get bulk buyer discount for ordering 5 sets or something. I'm guessing the OEM/TCP ones are available from any suzuki dealer surely we must be able to get a deal

That sounds like a plan.

I've been searching everywhere for official lowers for the original shape. There's been ONE set on ebay in the past month or two and they were scratched and still went for £190 odd.

I'm well up for a group buy. If we can get them down to £200 colourmatched (official) that'd be a right treat.

I would happily go in for that. Count me in. The offical would be my choice also.

Right

I've just spoken to Slingers in Preston, They are selling the lowers at £233.19 +VAT = £275
Mentioned about getting 5 sets and they are willing to knock 15% of the that price, aka £199+VAT = £234

Now I'm sure we might be able to beat this, all depends on numbers..

If only we didn't have to pay VAT... So who's got their own company and can claim the vat a valid business expensive??

don't mention this plan to those is HMC&E

Sadly I have no VAT loophole to jump through. £235 is still a good price though. I will ask the dealers near me tomorrow, see if I can stir up a little competition.
