Just over 500, luxembourge city to Bromley, Kent.

It was fine, even with my low seat, just remeber grip with your knees, and relax and bit.

Also rember to take rest breaks, when you stop for petrol, just take 5 or 10mins out to wonder round and get your mind back togeather before hooning off again. Grab a sugery drink if you've been rideing a while etc

me and mates have had regular rides out to aberistwyth (spelling) west brom to bridgenoth - craven arms - newtown - aberistwyth start about 6am get back about 6-7pm cant remember how many miles though but sleep well after them
well worth the trip found some great single track roads in the valleys with nice little crests to wheelie off
as for your ass getting numb just take a few breaks

Depending on where you go in Wales.. the A470 from where I live in the South to roughly Betws-Y-Coed in North Wales is 150 miles... It took me 3hrs 35minutes of a reasonably fast pace to do that.... the roads are extremly hard riding up there... blink, and you can end up in a field! And that was on a quiet mid-day run.. add at least an hour to that if its busy

But the roads and the views are great!! they just need utmost concentration while riding on!
