Can anyone tell the best sounding can for a 54 plate SV650S
Also, do I need to cut the original can off or not? Would I be better getting a whole exhaust system so I could replace the original when I come to sell the bike? Anyone help me with this? ta Jason |

Don't buy a loud can,it will make you DEAF.

you will have to cut the original one off, but your new can will come with a link pipe to re-connect the original can back on if you sell your bike.
you could also buy a full system but it depends on what £££ you have to spend. i have a scorpion oval can on mine and its sounds great, the build quality is very good too. |

Also I was going to get a legal can with a baffle to make things easier for MOT's and Police stopping.
Views anyone? |

Have a look in the exhausts section loads of views there:-
http://forums.sv650.org/viewforum.ph...8509216920aace Might be worth having a look here too:- http://www.pcworld.co.uk/ They might have some cheap keyboards, as your caps lock key seems to be knackered ![]()

no need to shout mate!!!
If you get a can you will have to cut the system but should be able to get a link pipe to rejion the original A full system is a possibility but not a cheap possibility tho, my akrapovic system cost nearly £600 ![]()

I have a Viper can and it makes a great sound, when I fell off this week on ice it took a hit and there's hardly a scratch so I'd recommend it!
Don't have the baffle for it though, not sure how that would make it sound. |
