Take it off, strip it down, clean and re-build with new pistons/seals/pins.

Job done

All the brake pad dust and road crap!!! Before striping try giving it a good blast with brake cleaner and a scrub with a tooth brush!!

The cost of these parts is stoopid. I always found it was cheaper to get a caliper from a breakers.

I've yet to find a knackered piston seal in all the brake calipers I've had apart. Dust seals, certainly, any break in the two ridges and they need replacing but they're not that expensive. Usually get them from wemoto or something similar.

Very easy to do.

I replaced the caliper when mine spar a seal... £10, came with stainless bleed nipples, a decent set of pads and a GSXR SRAD torque arm.

Have you tried removing the pads and pins, pumping the pistons out a bit and having a go with brake fluid/brake cleaner and a tooth brush?

If so, seal kits aren't that expensive but i would recommend changing bleed nipples, brake pins and bolts for stainless steel ones, most of my stuff came new from ebay

then i would find a SRAD torque arm as northy suggested, its a shame to ruin a nice shinny caliper by using that nasty, rusty SV one

P.S. the bolts that hold the caliper together are M10 fine pitch ones, don't get caught out by thinking there standard pitch like i did and don't forget to give the pistons a coat of red rubber grease to prevent future seizures
