Room for Rent in Guildford

Have a room for rent in Guildford.

It is a large double room, with a bathroom that you will share with one person (female). The bedroom is unfurnished, although the rest of the house is furnished. The house is a three storey townhouse, brand new, just off of the Worplesdon Road. The room for rent is on the first floor. All facilities downstairs are shared (Downstairs toilet, kitchen, living areas). We have a garage attached to the house, for bike use only - there is plenty of car parking (driveway + on the road).
You will be sharing with 2 professional females in their mid 20s. The house is non smoking, although smoking is fine outside.

We're looking for a professional male or female, pref 25-35, who is as chilled out as we are, and the room is available immediately.

The rent is £410 per month, incl of all bills (Council tax, internet etc) (however, as we have not had an electricity or gas bill yet, this could be altered slightly). Deposit is £320.
