Hey! I'm pretty organised too. Ride-up route is fully sorted, with a list of people that will be riding up. Stops are planned already etc. A few last minute details to sort, yes, but you can't do those until, err, the last minute.
I'd of helped out with the AR more too, but this being my first one, and it'll be only my 3rd group ride, I didn't know what needed doing. So
