Sore backside
Well I popped down to London this weekend , and came home again , and needless to say , my a$$ is killing me from being on the SV . I`ve had a look online at these Suzuki Gel Seats but here`s the problem .............. I have a K3 and these seats only appear to be for the K4 onwards , any advice anyone on whether there is one for the K3 ?

Re: Sore backside
So the standard seat is uncomfortable then...bugger; I have a thinned out seat on mine and was aiming to buy a standard seat for it as my derrier gets sore after 2 to 3 hours.
Mines also a k3 so can i join with asking the same question re gel seats? Cheers. |

Re: Sore backside
You can get them recovered with either proper foam or gelpads, probably cheaper than a replacement

Re: Sore backside
I got some custom seats(bagster)a couple of weeks back and the ad said to fit k3/k7 so bought them for my k3.No probs with the pillion seat but on the riders seat the moulded bit under the seat was about 1/2 inch to short to bolt the seat to the bike,so all i did was get a thin/strong peice of metal and drilled some holes in it(an extension if you like)and it now fits fine. Re: Sore backside
Now theres an idea , Bagster are in Abergele , about 8 miles from my house , I`ll pop in there and see what they can do for me seatwise .

Re: Sore backside
The K3 has a higher subframe, so it's quite possible it's a different seat entirely.
