Just baked loads. My kitchen now smells of warm, ginger biscuity goodness.


Tasty too now the first batch are cool enough to eat.

K, any chance of you bringing some along on the way to 'ring? I'm sure i could leave some non-essential items out of my luggage (water-proofs, tyre gauge, passport) to make room for home-made biscuits.
