Apparently, the FIA considered there to be "insufficient evidence" that Renault gained a technical advantage from the information they had about McLaren's car.
More info here All stinks if you ask me (although I am slightly biased towards McLaren). |

So Maclaren posses technical Data but don't have it on their car - Renault does and the result?
Not that I'm complaining - if Renault quit F1 it'd be even more tedious... |

Worst Kept secret evar !!
Renault werent penalised, because Max Mosley doesnt hate them as much as he hates Ron Dennis. Time for Mosley to step down and have somebody neutral running things IMHO.
