The standard discs are perfectly fine and surprisingly cheap for OEM parts. About a 100 quid each.

However I've got Wavys on my curvy. There is a marginal improvement IMO on the steering and braking is certainly no worse.

If you feel the need for Wavys then I suggest Galfer or Braking Wave brands. Stay clear of the cheap ones advertised on Ebay

I'd stick with OE probably, but as Pete's said, Galfer or Braking should be fine. EBC discs have had some mixed reviews...

i got wavey on Dave and standard ones on Suze...can't say I can tell the difference. Between you and me, i think its all bling thing with wavy ones. But I'm not a bloke, bling things always work better....obviiously

My OE left disc, "dished" at about 12K. Pretty poor.

Got EBC's.

At this time of year all I can say is , they work.

I've had some EBC-discs, they're just briliant!

I do have a rear EBC curved (unused) for sale to match your new ones.

That rear disc fits a pointy rear too, just in case anyone was wondering. It also fits a whole load of Gixer rears.

This is not true, the EBC-catalog says SV 650 K3-K7 uses the MD3060 (C).
